Glove Repair Service & Relace – Minimum Service Fee & Deposit

Regular price $ 50.00
/

Start your glove repair process with this minimum service fee of $50, which acts as a deposit to secure your spot in our repair queue. This fee covers the initial assessment, handling, and preparation for the work to begin. Once your glove is evaluated, the total cost of repair will be provided, and your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Important Note:

Please contact me before placing your order to receive a full estimate. Use the contact form from the previous page to initiate the estimate process.

Do not purchase this deposit if you’re unsure about the eventual total price or if you haven’t confirmed your repair needs with us. We want you to feel confident in the process and pricing before committing.

How It Works:

  1. Contact me for a full repair estimate.

  2. Once you’re ready, place your deposit order.

  3. Ship your glove to me (shipping address will provided upon purchase).

  4. Once I receive your glove I will assess and confirm the total cost. The initial estimate is based on provided pictures. This estimate will be made in good faith based on all available information but is subject to change. When working with really worn or vintage leather, there could be more repairs that aren’t visible in the pictures. While this is most likely not going to happen, if something like this does arise, I’ll be getting in touch with you immediately.

  5. With your approval, repairs begin.

  6. Receive your repaired glove and pay the remaining balance.

  7. When checking out, you'll pay for shipping. This amount will applied to the return shipment, once your glove has been repaired.

Final Pricing:

The final cost depends on the work required and will be shared with you before repairs begin. This deposit will be credited toward that total.

Payment Terms:

  • This deposit is required to initiate the process.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of work.

Turnaround Time:

My current lead times range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the repair. This type of glove repair work is highly detailed and time-consuming - quality craftsmanship takes time.

If you're unable to wait, I do offer an expedited service for an additional $75 fee, on top of the standard $50 deposit. Choosing this option means your glove skips to the front of the queue, ahead of the current backlog. In most cases, I’ll begin work on your glove the same day it’s delivered, or shortly thereafter. If you need it sooner, there is a $75 expedited services fee. This means your glove is started the same day it arrives. CLICK HERE to add the Expedited Service fee at check out.

Please note: The expedited service ensures priority handling, but does not compromise on the level of care and attention your glove receives.

KC Mack Is an ABSOLUTE WIZARD!

I contacted Mack Provisions & KC quickly replied back & got the process started right away. I recommend when you contact him, send pics of your glove along with what type of service you need, it will really speed things up.
My sons Rawlings Heart of the Hide glove, about 9 years old was in really bad shape. The hand stall was completely gone, edge binding non-existent is places, leather in really bad shape. The glove was basically in shambles, was super floppy and would not stay open while laying flat. We thought the glove was beyond repair, but it had made so many memories that we wanted to try & bring it back to life.
That's where KC of Mack Provisions came into play! This guy is an absolute Wizard! He is a true MASTER CRAFTSMAN! He went way above and beyond, replacing the hand stall, edge binding (sewing in an extra leather patch so the new edge binding had something to bind to) replaced the finger pads in the the index and middle fingers, replaced the wrist pad lining (as that was completely gone!) sewed an extra finger patch on the middle finger at my request, touched up all the worn leather with new dye & of course conditioned & relaced our treasured glove!
When the glove was shipped back to me & I opened the box, I was blown away. Not only did the glove look amazing, it felt like a brand new glove! The glove obviously looked like it was "used" but when you put your hand in it, it felt like you were putting your hand in a glove you had just pulled off the shelf at the store when you were buying it brand new!
You will not be disappointed with Mack Provisions in any way! I would not recommend anyone else! His attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none! I honestly believe he works & takes care of each & every single glove like it is his very own that he was going to go out & compete with!
If you have a glove that you think is beyond fixing, or you want to bring your glove back to life, look no further. Contact KC at Mack Provisions, I promise you, that you will NOT be disappointed!

Multiple HoH restorations

What can I saw, this man’s an artist. I’ve sent him a few gloves and they’ve come out absolutely stunning. He’ll be restoring more gloves for me in the future. If you want someone you can trust with your vintage gloves, KCs your guy!
