Start your glove repair process with this minimum service fee of $50, which acts as a deposit to secure your spot in our repair queue. This fee covers the initial assessment, handling, and preparation for the work to begin. Once your glove is evaluated, the total cost of repair will be provided, and your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Important Note:
Please contact me before placing your order to receive a full estimate. Use the contact form from the previous page to initiate the estimate process.
Do not purchase this deposit if you’re unsure about the eventual total price or if you haven’t confirmed your repair needs with us. We want you to feel confident in the process and pricing before committing.
How It Works:
-
Contact me for a full repair estimate.
-
Once you’re ready, place your deposit order.
-
Ship your glove to me (shipping address will provided upon purchase).
-
Once I receive your glove I will assess and confirm the total cost. The initial estimate is based on provided pictures. This estimate will be made in good faith based on all available information but is subject to change. When working with really worn or vintage leather, there could be more repairs that aren’t visible in the pictures. While this is most likely not going to happen, if something like this does arise, I’ll be getting in touch with you immediately.
-
With your approval, repairs begin.
-
Receive your repaired glove and pay the remaining balance.
- When checking out, you'll pay for shipping. This amount will applied to the return shipment, once your glove has been repaired.
Final Pricing:
The final cost depends on the work required and will be shared with you before repairs begin. This deposit will be credited toward that total.
Payment Terms:
-
This deposit is required to initiate the process.
-
Remaining balance is due upon completion of work.
Turnaround Time:
My current lead times range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the repair. This type of glove repair work is highly detailed and time-consuming - quality craftsmanship takes time.
If you're unable to wait, I do offer an expedited service for an additional $75 fee, on top of the standard $50 deposit. Choosing this option means your glove skips to the front of the queue, ahead of the current backlog. In most cases, I’ll begin work on your glove the same day it’s delivered, or shortly thereafter. If you need it sooner, there is a $75 expedited services fee. This means your glove is started the same day it arrives. CLICK HERE to add the Expedited Service fee at check out.
Please note: The expedited service ensures priority handling, but does not compromise on the level of care and attention your glove receives.
After finishing up my baseball season last year (2025), I recognized that I would have to do something about my 35-year-old glove. The welting (a term I learned from owner KC Mack) was coming undone in two places (please see pictures), something not easily repaired. The glove also showed other signs of wear and tear after three-and-a-half decades of use. I went to a local baseball store, and they gave me several names of companies who specialize in glove repair. I reached out to them, and KC Mack was the only one who responded.
KC's response was informative, educational, professional, and nice. He explained the repairs that would be needed and the cost. I remitted a down payment and shipped the glove to Mack Provisions. Along the way, KC and I corresponded about the state of the glove, and today, I received it back.
To say that I am very happy with the results is an understatement. The glove truly is like new again, although it still retains much of its previous feel. I imagine it will benefit from the first few catches of the year, but it is largely both a new glove and my old glove at the same time. The cost was not inexpensive, but still less than what a new glove would have set me back. And the cost was understandable, as the repairs and refurbishment were not easy. I'll also say that KC's work is meticulous. I highly recommend KC Mack and his baseball-repair business.
I contacted KC and explained the issues with my 25 year old glove. He was very knowledgeable about my glove, explained what the issues were, and the best way in which to fix them.
I went with his recommendations which was for a full leather handstall rebuild, patch the small tear and a relace and recondition.
My glove is absolutely beautiful now. He even took the time to match the leather colors to the exact colors that my handstall was before. I have no doubt it will last me another 25 years now. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend he work on anyone’s baseball glove.
The pictures I’ve included are from the video that KC sent me before returning my glove so that I could approve his work before payment. An excellent transaction all around
Thank you KC!
I sent my glove to KC for a complete re-build. I was “floored” when the glove came back. His workmanship is astonishing! Excellent follow through, great communication before, during and after the project was completed.
Before and after photos below.
If you’re looking for your glove to be re-laced or re-built, don’t hesitate to send it to KC. You won’t be sorry.
After following KC for a while on Instagram, I knew he had the ability to handle my request of re-building my 25+ year old mitt. Little did I know that KC would be so collaborative in helping me select the right materials for my rebuild. He shared his opinions, provided great direction, and then the magic happened. I got a few glimpses of how the process was going and then the final video had me and my boys completely psyched to get my hands on the mitt. Once I received it, somehow it was even better than in the video; the quality of the build was top notch and I am fully satisfied with all the choices made. A+++, thanks, KC
KC is great at that he does and an awesome human being. Enjoyed getting to know him and super pleased with the work he did on my son's Mizuno Pro Limited glove. Highly recommend!
