Full Relace Service

Regular price $ 125.00

If your glove doesn't need a repair (that requires sewing) but you want a deep cleaning, conditioning and relace, then you're at right spot! I've been lacing gloves since 2004, where for my love for glove repairs took root.

How It Works:

  1. Select which type of glove you need relaced. For outfield, infield and pitchers gloves please select Fielders. For first base mitts please select First Base and for catchers mitt select Catchers

  2. Upon checkout, you will receive an email notification that will include my shipping address. Please print your email notification and include it in your box when you ship your glove

  3. At check out, please select which lace color you'd like your glove relaced with. Please see down below a screen shot of all the lace color options. All lace is sourced from Tennessee Tanning Co., the gold standard in glove lace tanning.

  4. When checking out, you'll pay for return shipping. This amount will applied to the return shipment, once your glove has been repaired. This doesn't include the

Turnaround Time:

My current lead times for this full relace service is about 10-14 days. If you need it sooner, there is a $75 expedited services fee. This means your glove is started the same day it arrives. CLICK HERE to add the Expedited Service fee at check out.

Please note: The expedited service ensures priority handling, but does not compromise on the level of care and attention your glove receives.

Rawlings Primo Rebuild - Amazing!!

I sent KC Mack my Rawlings Primo glove that I’ve had since high school — 15 years old, in really rough shape, completely shot, and certainly not game ready. The wrist and thumb areas were badly worn, the inside was rotted, the laces needed to be replaced, and more. I honestly wasn’t sure how much could be done but at least wanted the glove to look better. I expected a lot based on his previous work, and yet he still blew me away with the result.

KC did an incredible job bringing it back. He replaced the wrist and thumb pieces, rebuilt the inside, relaced the glove, and cleaned everything up with amazing attention to detail. The quality of the repair is outstanding. It doesn’t feel like a random patched-up collage — it feels like my same old glove, just rebuilt and given a whole new life.

When I got it back, I was blown away. The glove looks and feels like new, but it still has the character and sentimental value of the glove I’ve had since high school. That’s exactly what I was hoping for. The lacing is clean, the leather work is excellent, and the overall restoration is better than I expected. Can’t wait to actually use it in a game once in awhile, although it’s so nice, might be better suited for display!

I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you have an old glove that means something to you, especially one you think might be too far gone, send it to KC. His craftsmanship is top notch, and the before-and-after speaks for itself. Highly recommend Mack Provisions. My torn up old glove is now like new, and should last me more than another 15 years. Loved this glove before, love it more now!

Christmas Gift for My Husband

A mouse got ahold of my husband's baseball glove from when he was growing up and chewed part of the handstall and wrist strap. KC Mack ordered an identical donor glove and transplanted the needed pieces from the donor glove to my husbands glove keeping the majority of the original intact. KC was professional and highly communicative, keeping me informed every step of the way. He honored the history of the glove with a sympathetic restoration. I've rarely seen my husband as emotional as he was on Christmas day when he opened up the box to find his restored baseball glove. This is a priceless gift, I can't tell you how grateful I am. The before and after photos say it all

Glove Repair Service & Relace – Minimum Service Fee & Deposit

Regular price $ 50.00
/

Start your glove repair process with this minimum service fee of $50, which acts as a deposit to secure your spot in our repair queue. This fee covers the initial assessment, handling, and preparation for the work to begin. Once your glove is evaluated, the total cost of repair will be provided, and your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Important Note:

Please contact me before placing your order to receive a full estimate. Use the contact form from the previous page to initiate the estimate process.

Do not purchase this deposit if you’re unsure about the eventual total price or if you haven’t confirmed your repair needs with us. We want you to feel confident in the process and pricing before committing.

How It Works:

  1. Contact me for a full repair estimate.

  2. Once you’re ready, place your deposit order.

  3. Ship your glove to me (shipping address will provided upon purchase).

  4. Once I receive your glove I will assess and confirm the total cost. The initial estimate is based on provided pictures. This estimate will be made in good faith based on all available information but is subject to change. When working with really worn or vintage leather, there could be more repairs that aren’t visible in the pictures. While this is most likely not going to happen, if something like this does arise, I’ll be getting in touch with you immediately.

  5. With your approval, repairs begin.

  6. Receive your repaired glove and pay the remaining balance.

  7. When checking out, you'll pay for shipping. This amount will applied to the return shipment, once your glove has been repaired.

Final Pricing:

The final cost depends on the work required and will be shared with you before repairs begin. This deposit will be credited toward that total.

Payment Terms:

  • This deposit is required to initiate the process.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of work.

Turnaround Time:

My current lead times range from 6 months, depending on my workload and the complexity of the repair. This type of glove repair work is highly detailed and time-consuming - quality craftsmanship takes time.

If you're unable to wait, I do offer an expedited service for an additional $75 fee, on top of the standard $50 deposit. Choosing this option means your glove skips to the front of the queue, ahead of the current backlog. In most cases, I’ll begin work on your glove the same day it’s delivered, or shortly thereafter. If you need it sooner, there is a $75 expedited services fee. This means your glove is started the same day it arrives. CLICK HERE to add the Expedited Service fee at check out.

Please note: The expedited service ensures priority handling, but does not compromise on the level of care and attention your glove receives.

My Old Glove Is New Again—But I Don't Have to Break It In

After finishing up my baseball season last year (2025), I recognized that I would have to do something about my 35-year-old glove. The welting (a term I learned from owner KC Mack) was coming undone in two places (please see pictures), something not easily repaired. The glove also showed other signs of wear and tear after three-and-a-half decades of use. I went to a local baseball store, and they gave me several names of companies who specialize in glove repair. I reached out to them, and KC Mack was the only one who responded.

KC's response was informative, educational, professional, and nice. He explained the repairs that would be needed and the cost. I remitted a down payment and shipped the glove to Mack Provisions. Along the way, KC and I corresponded about the state of the glove, and today, I received it back.

To say that I am very happy with the results is an understatement. The glove truly is like new again, although it still retains much of its previous feel. I imagine it will benefit from the first few catches of the year, but it is largely both a new glove and my old glove at the same time. The cost was not inexpensive, but still less than what a new glove would have set me back. And the cost was understandable, as the repairs and refurbishment were not easy. I'll also say that KC's work is meticulous. I highly recommend KC Mack and his baseball-repair business.

Rawlings RSG recondition. Beautiful!

I contacted KC and explained the issues with my 25 year old glove. He was very knowledgeable about my glove, explained what the issues were, and the best way in which to fix them.

I went with his recommendations which was for a full leather handstall rebuild, patch the small tear and a relace and recondition.

My glove is absolutely beautiful now. He even took the time to match the leather colors to the exact colors that my handstall was before. I have no doubt it will last me another 25 years now. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend he work on anyone’s baseball glove.

The pictures I’ve included are from the video that KC sent me before returning my glove so that I could approve his work before payment. An excellent transaction all around

Thank you KC!

RAWLINGS PRO 12-TC (USA) RE-BUILD BEYOND BELIEF

I sent my glove to KC for a complete re-build. I was “floored” when the glove came back. His workmanship is astonishing! Excellent follow through, great communication before, during and after the project was completed.
Before and after photos below.
If you’re looking for your glove to be re-laced or re-built, don’t hesitate to send it to KC. You won’t be sorry.

brilliant rebuild and improvement of a sentimental mitt

After following KC for a while on Instagram, I knew he had the ability to handle my request of re-building my 25+ year old mitt. Little did I know that KC would be so collaborative in helping me select the right materials for my rebuild. He shared his opinions, provided great direction, and then the magic happened. I got a few glimpses of how the process was going and then the final video had me and my boys completely psyched to get my hands on the mitt. Once I received it, somehow it was even better than in the video; the quality of the build was top notch and I am fully satisfied with all the choices made. A+++, thanks, KC

The Craftmanship Is Undeniable

Horween is as good as advertised. The liner, from Thiele Tanning, is exceptionally smooth and comfortable. The details throughout are thoughtful and expertly crafted. The pattern, listed at 11. 5" and 1. 8oz, will play a little bigger, which I prefer. Break-in has been smooth so far, and the glove seems to favor a traditional finger placement rather than TIP. Can be broken in one hinge or two.

Simply cannot express how good this glove is.

Perfect

Blew past all my expectations. The craftsmanship is unreal, the fit and feel are spot on, and the look is even better in person. The classic tan with the Columbia blue touch is exactly what I pictured. You can tell the pride that went into making it. Easily one of the nicest gloves I have ever owned and nothing beats made in the USA.

The Tank - 33.5" Catcher's Mitt

Regular price $ 500.00
/

Not all catcher's mitts are created equal. Often, it's what you don't see that matters most. Hidden within the layers of the mitt are carefully considered reinforcements that bring structure, integrity, and longevity to the design. These unseen elements are not incidental; they are intentional, quietly extending the life of the product while enhancing its performance. The Tank was designed this way because over the years, I've repaired numerous catcher's mitts with tears and ripping around the most used part of a catcher's mitt: the pocket. I've taken note of the wear a catcher's mitt endures, and I designed The Tank with a fully reinforced pocket and edge binding. Every lace hole is reinforced, and the edge binding and lacing holes are reinforced with a woven canvas liner. The finger stall is stitched down to a canvas reinforcement.

Features:

  • Premium Horween steer hide throughout - use drop down to select mitt color type.
  • Embossed with the Mack Provisions maker's mark on the thumb side.
  • Double row stitched down construction. American made Tex 138 nylon stitched.
  • Open back construction with a padded index finger and padded/lined thumb stall
  • Pinky and thumb loop adjustability
  • 100% wool padding (do not dunk in water as a break in alternative) that's completely hand stitched in house
  • Fully reinforced pocket and edge binding
  • Split welting shell
  • 800 g

Measurement:

  • 33.5"

Leather Options:

Use the drop down menu to select leather and lace options. For example, the mitt pictured in this listing TAN/BLK with BLK lace.

  • TAN - Tan shell with tan binding, loops and web
  • BLK - Black shell with black binding, loops and web
  • TAN/BLK - Tan shell with black binding, loops and web
  • BLK/TAN - Black shell with tan binding, loops and web

Why 100% Wool Padding?

The Tank 33.5" Catcher's Mitt features 100% Australian S1 grade wool felt padding, chosen for its exceptional durability, vibration absorption, abrasion resistance, and natural moisture-wicking properties. This high-density wool felt maintains its shape under pressure, offering long-lasting protection through intense play. Its ability to dampen impact helps reduce hand fatigue, while the dense, interlocked fibers resist wear from repeated use. Additionally, the natural wicking capability of wool keeps hands drier and more comfortable during extended innings, making it an ideal choice for serious athletes at the high school, college, or professional level.

Instantly when I put this glove on my hand, I could tell it was built to last. There aren’t many gloves where you immediately know the durability is on another level. I just finished playing Division I baseball as a catcher, and I honestly wish I had one of these behind the plate with me

Wild boar leather is celebrated for its distinctive natural characteristics. With its coarse grain and visible pores, this leather tells a story — each scar or marking is a testament to the boar’s life in the wild. It’s tougher than cowhide, which makes it incredibly durable and resistant to wear. In my opinion, these qualities make it the ideal choice for a glove that’s built to last.

Each wild boar hide has a unique and irregular pattern, with visible imperfections like scars and stretch marks. The hides are also tanned right here in the USA, ensuring top tier quality reflecting the American ruggedness.

Pre Order Details:

Due to the limited amount of leather available, this pre order only has 4 open slots. Boar hide is very unique because the yield on this type of leather is curbed by the amount of scars, nicks and the size of the hides. These wild boar hides come from the tannery at 7 oz thick and require dry splitting to right thickness for baseball gloves.

Below is a projected time line on this pre order run:

  • Pre orders run from 4/10 - 4/17
  • When pre orders close, the leather is processed into glove components and shipped off for dry splitting
  • Glove components back to the Mack Provisions workshop - 5/1
  • Production run 5/1 - 5/8

Features:

  • Embossed with the Mack Provisions maker's mark on the thumb side
  • Traditional split welt construction.
  • American made Tex 138 nylon stitched
  • Open back construction
  • Thumb/pinky loop adjustability
  • 100% wool padding
  • Camel Tennessee Tanning glove lace

Measurement:

  • 11.5"

Web Style:

  • This X Web is new to the Mack Provisions website (previously only seen on a very limited drop for a Just Glove collaboration). For this pre order drop, this is the only web available.

Craft built by one pair of hands in Prescott, Arizona. Please allow up to 5 weeks to process these pre order shipments. This is a per ordered item that's handmade to order.
