Hermann Oak Natural Vegetable Tan - This hide comes in multiple thicknesses from belt weight at 9-10 oz all the way down to interior pockets at 3-4 oz. Founded in 1881, Hermann Oak Leather Company (St. Louis, MO) still manufacurtes top notch leather using old world traditions of using organic tree bark in the tanning process. 

Horween Dublin: Natural- This hide is a 5.5-6 oz thickness that's tanned by the world famous Horween Leather Co. Chicago, IL. Dublin leather is a vegetable tanned leather with the same blends of extracts that's used for Horween's "shell cordovan" which contains a specials recipe of oils and waxes.

Horween Horse Butt Chromexcel: Black or Navy - This is a 5-6 oz horsehide that's cut from the strip off a horses back just before the shell or also known as the butt cheeks. Chromexcel is a combination tanned leather. First it's chrome tanned (salted curing) then vegetable retanned with hot stuffing that gives it's smooth look.

Horween Horse Front Chromexcel: Black- This is a 2-3 oz hide that's cut from the front quarter of a horse. Chromexcel is a combination tanned leather. First it's chrome tanned (salted curing) then vegetable retanned with hot stuffing that gives it's smooth look.

Avancorpo Horse Front: Natural or Black - This is the only imported leather offered and is made by Cordovan Co. in Santa Croce, Italy. This full grain leather weighs in at 3.5 - 4 oz. It is 100% vegetable tanned as well as aniline dyed in drums, and hand treated with grease. This leather will be smooth to the touch with a slight matt shine. 

Acadia Leather: Folklore Bison - This 5-6 oz American Bison hide is a combination tanned leather. First it's chrome tanned (salted curing) then retanned with hot stuffing that gives its waxy pull-up effect. 

Acadia Leather: Green Shell Shock This 2-3 oz cow hide is a combination tanned leather. First it's chrome tanned (salted curing) then retanned with hot stuffing that gives its super waxy pull-up effect.
